Portable Air Conditioners
To give us an approximate size of the room, simply take very large strides and assume them to be one metre in length. When calculating the height of the room, assume 2.4 metres (8 feet) if you have a suspended ceiling of the polystyrene tile variety.

Evaporative Air Coolers
Evaporative coolers work particularly well as "zone coolers". For example, where it would be impractical to cool down a large factory/warehouse when the staff are working in one section of that warehouse. The running costs of evaporative coolers are approximately 1/10th of those to operate refrigerative air conditioning. In order that we can best suggest the evaporative cooler that best suit your needs, it is imperative that you give us accurate measurements the room including the length and width.
If you are unable to give accurate measurements, then simply step it out, assuming 1 large stride to be 1m. Again, once you know your measurements call our specialist team on 0845 600 1679 who will talk you through your requirements.

Large Fans
The Airjammer industrial quality fans are both quiet (55-63 dBA) and powerful. The 500mm diameter unit is available in both Pedestal or Portable Trolley mounted versions and the 630mm. is Trolley mounted only.The 500mm.Airjammer has a 6 pole motor and 3 speed controls up to 1400 rpm. and the fan produces an airflow of 6,700 - 10,000 m³/hr.
The 630mm Airjammer is three speed up to 870 rpm and produces an airflow of 5000 -12,500 m³/hr.
Airjammer fans look good and are ideal for high visibility situations such as night clubs, function halls and gymnasiums, as well as offices, workshops and factories etc.The 3076 Tank fan is a robust 3 speed Industrial unit ideal for factories, warehouses, sports halls etc. and delivers an airflow of up to 16,000m³/hr (9,417 cfm.). The BlueMax (illustrated) is a very powerful unit for large areas up to 3500 ft² and produces a massive 37,000m³/hr (20,000 cfm.) airflow. It has a ‘slider’ control for accurate speed setting and a ‘boost’ position for maximum power.
